Composition
Active: Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride USP equivalent to Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v
Inactive Ingredients: Hypromellose (Methocel E4M); Sodium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide and/or Hydrochloric Acid (for pH adjustment) and water for Injuctions IP.
Preservative Added: Product is self preserved
Indication
Moxisurge Eye Drops are indicated for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible organisms #.
Dosage & Administration
Instill one drop in the affected eye 3 times a day for 7 days.
